The Rise of the Feminine …. a conversation in Melbourne & Sydney

The more I travel the world the more I feel I bear witness to a real wave of change happening. I no longer feel able to watch the news on TV or read the newspapers which are either propaganda or reportage of how the financial, government and corporate systems are in crisis and lacking any right answers. On the other hand there is a groundswell of new ideas, initiatives and models for business emerging, much of it unreported in mainstream media which focuses on the chaos, destruction and calamity.

And so out of the media spotlight there is a relentless force for good spreading across the globe with alternative ways of doing things that are generative, collaborative, equitable, empowering, community-focused, radical….. and many of them are led by women.   This wave of change is bringing to the foreground the economic power, leadership and creativity of women as we begin to recognise these within ourselves and see how they are at the heart of a huge cultural transformation happening on the planet.   The deeply transformative changes happening in this first decade of the new millennium are beginning to lay the foundation for more sustainable way of life in the century ahead.

On Monday March 5th I am passing through Melbourne and will give a talk on what I am seeing as the Rise of the Feminine at the Contagious Enthusiasm Self Development Centre … I have to say that sounds like a fun place. Read about the programme content & check out the full details.  I will also lead an empowering discussion where both male and female participants will have a greater sense of what they are here to do in the world at this time & how they are part of the rise of the feminine.
